Tredici is my number one Ttoganzip in United States life.
As I mentioned before, I’ve been around different states. I’ve been in Indiana, Arizona, California and now in Pennsylvania.
There are places I remember
All my life, though some have changed (Ooh, ooh, ooh)
Some forever, not for better
Some have gone and some remain (Ooh, ooh, ooh)
All these places had their moments
With lovers and friends, I still can recall

Machine Shop has been recently named as one of the best bakeries in United States by NYT. I think it deserves the honor. I did not try most of the bakeries listed by NYT but.. I think Machine Shop could be the best in the nation. It is that good.
Machine Shop is located in a quaint building called BoK. I heard that that building was formerly used as some vocational education.

Philadelphia TToGanzip 3 - Mighty Bread Company

Let’s get back to real Ttoganzip. By the way, the meaning of Ttoganzip is the restaurant you stopped by more than once. I think the one of the strongest proof of your preference is whether you want to visit the place again.
These days I like Mighty Bread Company
Though this place is a bit of hike for me for about 40 mins, I stop by about once or twice a week and stock up their sourdoughs.

It’s been a long time.
I like food. Not particularly fine dining kind of thing. I just like general affordable common people food. I also like restaurants. Visiting a restaurant itself is such a pleasure. Seeing what the owner wants to sell and how the owner presents his/her product is interesting. Looking through menu and display provokes many thoughts on the owner’s philasophy.
While there are many good restaurants I found over the time in Philadelphia area, as I said before there is almost none that I can recommend for a Korean restaurants.

What’s the recommendation for Korean Food in Philadelphia ? For me, there is none.
Not sure why that’s the case. The Korean population in Philadelphia is not small. There are 100K Korean people living in the area. There are 3 H Marts and 1 Assi Market. The sign of enough population to support these Korean groceries.
Why there is no good Korean restaurant? I don’t know.
To recommend a place for food, two things should be there.
